About the Course
This engaging and dynamic 9 week program teaches a balance of introspective and expressive skills for self-acceptance and self-regulation that lead to enhanced confidence. Girls learn to develop a healthy relationship with their mind-body, perform with less stress, and connect more positively with others. They’ll leave with a confidence toolbox of skills for mental and emotional well-being that can be used for a lifetime!
With Christina Dufour
Christina supports young women in developing a healthy relationship with their mind-body, performing with less stress, and connecting more positively with others. With a background in finance and a degree in business management, for over a decade she’s worked with today’s youth teaching skills for financial or mental well-being. Pre-pandemic she partnered with New England’s largest Golf Performance center as the Mental Game Coach and worked with various other athletics groups teaching kids how to apply skills for mental well-being in their sport. Using her extensive study in psychology and neuroscience along with certifications in meditative modalities, dance, theater and individual coaching expertise,
Christina leads groups of young girls to develop these skills in an engaging collaborative setting. She strives to help girls use a balance of introspective and expressive techniques to learn self-awareness and self-regulation that leads to well-being. Wishing she had these skills in her youth, Christina brings them to the girls of today to create a better tomorrow. Christina’s purpose is to support women in leading healthier, happier, more aligned and authentic lives.
